Create-A-Kit FAQs

What’s included in a Create-A-Kit?
Create-A-Kit allows you to personalize your travel kit. Choose a bag, then fill from a large variety of hair, body, and face care, plus essential travel products. 
To make your repacking a breeze, a summarized content list will be imprinted on clear plastic bags while a laminated content list will be included in cloth bags.

How many products will fit in a bag?
Packing power varies based on item sizes, but general capacities are listed below. 
Our bag photos also show each bag next to popular products.
Bag capacities:
- Xtra Small (6-11 items)
- Small (12–15 items)
- Medium (16–20 items)
- Large (21–24 items)

How do I order more than one of the same Create-A-Kit?
Select the products for your first kit & add it to your cart, then go to your cart to increase the quantity as needed.

Will my bag include a content list?
Yes! Each Create-A-Kit bag comes with a customized, generalized content list for easy repacking. 
For clear bags, the content list will be imprinted on the bag.
Cloth bags will include a laminated content list, along with a small dry erase marker.

Ordering & Customization

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, choose your favorite kit, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout prompts to complete your purchase.

Can I personalize the contents of my kit?
Yes! Our Create-A-Kit option allows for full content personalization with a wide selection of travel sized products. This option also includes a customized contents list for easy repacking.

What is the difference between Create-A-Kit and Premade Kit options?
- Create-A-Kit lets you choose the contents that best suit your needs.
- Premade kits are ready to ship & filled with many carefully selected products.

Can I add a gift message?
This is a great idea!  We intend to offer this option soon. 

Do you offer bulk orders on kits?
Yes, we do! Our Premade Kits and Create-A-Kit options can be ordered in bulk. Great for events, teams, or corporate gifting.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping speed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

How can I track my package?
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, expedited options are available at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Personalized bags are non-refundable.

Can I return a personalized item?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on personalized kits unless there’s a defect or error on our part.

What if something is missing?
Let us know within 10 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Only our smaller, clear bags are TSA Compliant.  Please ensure the product description states TSA Compliant.

Are your products travel-size?
Although all our products are small (travel-sized), they are not necessarily TSA Compliant.
Please ensure the product description states “TSA Compliant” or review our TSA Compliant Bags and TSA Compliant Items page.

Are the bags reusable?
Definitely. Our bags are durable, stylish, and reusable for future trips.

Are all your bags TSA Compliant?
Only our clear, quart-sized bags are TSA compliant.  Please ensure the product description includes “TSA Compliant” or review our TSA Compliant Bags page.

Payments & Promotions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure options at checkout.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order.

Do you offer gift cards or referral bonuses?
