  • Shipping method, costs & estimated delivery is determined by selections chosen at checkout.

Shipping Costs 

  • Shipping, including free shipping, is calculated at checkout based on your location. 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages 

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. 
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to our support team at Hello@CarrieAway.com. 

2. Cancelation, Return & Refund Policy 

 Cancelations 

  • Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase, as we begin processing quickly to ensure fast shipping.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at Hello@CarrieAway.com.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it—but you may still be eligible for a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policies.

 Returns 

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. 
  • Certain items such as personalized, clearance, and hygiene-related products are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Refunds 

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

Exchanges 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at Hello@CarrieAway.com to initiate an exchange.
